Concept XC Coupé

Volvo has always been known to make waves in the world of car manufacturing and this past August they did again. Releasing the Concept XC Coupé maybe a third generation of their station wagon, but it is one of its own.

This Concept XC Coupe appears to be all floating from the grill to the seats are taking the utilitarian look of the past and moving forward. With distinctive visual traits like the new T-shaped DRL light guides, this beautifully proportioned vehicle is one to enjoy from afar and up close.

With unique rear light treatments, 5-spoke, 21 inch wheels give this car an aesthetic appeal that reminisces with echoes Volvo's 1970's era 1800 ES. The dash is all new technology though with oversized tablet as the primary function panel in the new 2014 Volvo XC90, a first for Volvo that loses the standard buttons and controls of the past. An aggressive appearance that is poised and proportioned starting with fluid waistline treatments and throughout the narrowing cabin.

The interface of this Volvo is nothing but user friendly for both driver and passengers with a instrument cluster that increases visual recognition. With the orange seat belts, woven wool carpets and full glass roof along with the light colored leather seats and wood inlays, this car has a modern yet retro look about it.
